Acceptance
By accessing Livinit, submitting information, using Livinit Home, or participating in a demo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Livinit on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that company.
The Livinit service
Livinit provides spatial design, room visualization, conversational editing, product configuration, material simulation, and retailer demo experiences. Some features may be beta, experimental, or available only as part of a private pilot.
Inputs, generated content, and ownership
You are responsible for prompts, photos, product data, materials, and other content you submit.
Layouts, images, recommendations, and exports are design aids and may require review before use.
Livinit retains ownership of its software, models, interface, workflows, designs, and underlying technology.
You may provide feedback that Livinit can use to improve products and services without restriction.
Product decisions and buying context
Livinit may show product options, dimensions, materials, fit indicators, budgets, and purchasing context. Prices, dimensions, availability, delivery, installation, and suitability should be verified with the relevant retailer, manufacturer, or professional before purchase or construction decisions.
Partner demos and pilots
Partner demo materials may include catalog details, SKU counts, materials, finishes, pricing ranges, and workflow information. Unless separately agreed in writing, demos are evaluative and do not create an exclusive relationship or production commitment.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to use.
- Do not use Livinit to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with Livinit systems.
- Do not rely on generated outputs as professional architectural, engineering, legal, or financial advice.
